John Martone

John Martone’s many books of poetry include so long (Ornithopter), Ksana (Red Moon Press) and a volume of visual texts, Storage Case (Otoliths). He has also published under the private imprints Tufo and samuddo, available online at scribd.com. He translated Franco Arminio's Postcards from the Dead (2007-2017) and edited Frank Samperi's Spiritual Necessity: Selected Poems (Station Hill Press). An expanded collection of Arminio’s work is forthcoming from Laertes. Martone is editor and publisher of otata, an e-journal, now in its third year, featuring short poems and publishing print and e-books as well. Tel-let, his print journal, ran from 1989–2002.
